CLU Water Tower Plein Air, 8x10 Inches on Canvas Panel, Sat 25th July 2015

I was over at CLU campus the other day to help my friend move his studio out, on the Saturday the sun was really hot, but i was determined to get a painting done, The House and tower have been on my painting radar for years, finally i got to paint it!
The Egg Shell Blue of the Inherited culture of Sweden really gave me some Great colours to mix along with the shadows and light, i really loved trying to get this on canvas, think i'd like to have another go with a bigger canvas as the the windows and doors were tricky, all in a days work! :)

This was the First Hour of Painting, Mixing Clean Colour and Getting the Drawing Correct!

The Painting when i stopped after a couple of Hours, some areas just needed a clean up...

The Final Result after a few Edges and Touch up! :)
